Dear Indians
I purchased Videocon 1750 touch Mobile Phone on 25 05 2010 from videocon retail store secunderabd area. It has a problem of touch screen function/response, bad camera quality and low battery backup since first day. I have sent handeset to videocon ASC through retail store manager on 01/06/2010. Its is lying in service centre since 10 days with the same problem. ASC is telling that presently they don't have parts to repair handset and they also don't know when the problem will be shorted out.
I thought let try new mobile phones of our national company and try their new experience but I was wrong and I think I will not get my handset back/replaced.Now have written a complaint to videocon (support@videoconmobiles.com) and waiting for their response.
I will give feedback to you all if I get positive respose from videocon, Mean time if any caring person want to suggest me to tackle this problem, pl write me on indiaseeds@in.com.
