I had purchased videocon mobile model no - v1675 on 10 july 2010,from PLANET M ,old rajinder nagar, near shankar road new delhi -from very first day it is not working properly , I went to PLANET M they gave me the address of nehru place I submitted the complaint to - inTarvo mobile repair centre for videocon mobiles, they said that some part is missing , now its going to a month but no mobile was repaired or swapped I am not having mobile from one month. please help me out from this very unbearable situation. I am using the mobile of another person who is lended me the spare one for him.
