Dear Sir/Madam,

With great remorse i would like to tell you that i have purchased a videocon quarty keypad touch screen mobile model No-V-1688,from HOME SHOP -18,ON 9TH Sep 2011.


When i received the phone touch screen of the phone was not working properly,i have called to the HOME SHOP 18 Team,they suggested to lift the Plastic cover from the screen,it will work properly.after lifting the cover same problem persists.again i called to home shop 18 team,they told me if it is still not working then do the pen calibration it will work properly.then also i do the same but i found the same result.the phone quality is so poor that i can not explain.

After finding the nearest service centre i give my mobile phone for repairing on 17/10/2011 to Royal Entreprises,Sai Complex Berhampur,orissa,astonishingly neither they have given any back up phone to use nor they are giving any particular date when the phone will be repaired.i have visited several times to their office.till 09/01/2012 they have not given the phone and telling the phone can not be repairable.


its my sincere request to you to look the matter seriously,take immediate action

i do have all the document evidence.i want appropiate action against them.

please help me

After One Month touch screen of the phone was not working properly,i have send Mobile to " ACEL Customer Care Center (Videocon) 23,Nandanvan Soc,Alkapuri,Vadodara.07 proximity received back to me after 20 days,then after 30.08.2011 same problem persists.again i have send Mobile to " ACEL Customer Care Center (Videocon) 23,Nandanvan Soc,Alkapuri,Vadodara. it was received back to me after 21 days,

At latest position My Mobile following problem occurred

1. Memory card Not read
2. Network not keeping very well (against other mobile )

Sir, Please guide me what i do,

its my sincere request to you to look the matter seriously,take immediate action

please help me
