I am Ashish Ghiya from Rajkot,Gurajat. I have purchased model no. V1705 on may 2010,
bill no. is 842 from Poojara Enterprises, Rajkot. Purchased amount was RS. 4580.00. I found that the mobile was damaged after purchase. Joystick damaged.Then service centre had issued DOA certificate. Then Poojara Enterprises, Rajkot had provided me a new V1705, bill no. 905 dated 12.05.2010. IMEI no.910040090099552 After some time there was new problem created in mobile. The problem was that the headset profile was fixed. Then I riched at service centre for support/help. they have found that the fone couldn't be repaired and we have to send it for repleshment at company. Then the phone was sent at 13.07.2010 call no. GW1-VG-10-0062762-DW. I received repleshed phone on 27.07.2010 delivery challan no. is GW1-DC-0000292. IMEI no. 910040090009221. After some time above twice problem for what the phone was repleshed were created. Then I riched at service station for help on 22.09.2010. Jobsheet no. VG:OL:20100923:16. Then they issued DOA on 23.09.2010. In very short period any product creats that tipes of problems and can't be repaired,anyone would not want that product back on any cost. On 23.09.2010 I talked with Videocon customer service centre no. 1800-1025-111. I said my history and demand about cashrefund. Now I want cash refund. Thay tells every time that within 48 hours we will callback. I have received call on 23.09.2010 but communicaion was not done so much. Then I received call from executive on 27.09.2010. Thay only talled me that your processure is under process. Then I received call on 2.10.2010 They said that the dicission will come at 04.10.2010 But I have not received any call. I have done complain at company's mail ID on 2.10.2010. They have replaid me that your complain is under process. Now I want cash refund.
