I have purchased a Videocon V1604 Handset on 25th March 2010, two times i have repaired the handset but still it is giving network problem, sms problem, hanging the sets and so many problem. The hopeless & worst company didnt value customers feednack. I have forwarded several emails but they didnt provided me reply for single email.
