i had purchased new handset , within 15 days it started showing problem , automatically keys work without pressing , i went to service centre , they waited for 41 days to decide that they cannot repair my handset ultimately they gave me the DOA certificate , i went to my dealer along with handset and DOA certificate , he asked me to wait for another 10 days , I m totally pissed off with the service standards of such a big company with so much ethics on television interviews , To all my friends who is reading my testimonial , please think twice before buying videocon handset
