Sir, I had purchased Videocon V 1805 mobile handset from India times shopping (order no 3000005615 on 26th Nov 2011. and I received the product on 20th Dec 2011). As per their the 8MP camera is not so good and the handset keypad hangs frequently. Even after removing the battery and putback again the keypad didn't work. I am facing this problem in the handset. I want the refund.
