I had purchased a mobile model no. Intex IN 80 on 19.12.2009 vide receipt no. 12212 at Setia Stores P-3/2429, Main Road, Bihari Colony, Shahdara. At the time of purchaser, The shopkeeper told me that this handset has one year warranty. After five - six months, the handsets starts hanging & After six-seven months, my mobile charging jack starts not working. Then I approched to service centre at TMS Network, P-3/2429, Main Road, Bihari Colony, Shahdara, Delhi for the same on 17.07.2010. He collected my mobile vide service order number. 1007CT0212380/R1007f0164815 and called me 20.07.2010. In the meantime, , a call from service centre come on 19.07.2010. on telephonic discussion, he told me that your mobile has not a camera switch, so it is a tampered handset & not in warranty. but i had never opened the same in earlier at home or any other shop. So, I don,t know how it is not available in my mobile. Then I visited the service cente on 22.07.2010 & i collect my mobile handset without repair. it is also surprising that when I visited first time at service centre, the representative ordered me to come with a photocopy of Orinal bill. then i went to other shop for the same. Again when i visited the service centre to collect my mobile, He once again ordered me come with copy of service order receipt. After copy of service Order invoice, I visited the centre, He didnot returned my material received note in original. The representative told me that your copy is duplicate. I felt that I was completly cheated by this service centre, so it is requested to give me justice please.
