Hi,
I bought a Sony W580i mobile phone on 25th Nov,2008. On getting some minor problems with the phone within the warranty period of 1 year, I submitted my phone at the Service centre, Janakpuri.
The service centre people returned me the phone claiming that the problems have been solved.
But, to my surprise, in place of those minor problems which I had in the phone, now there are so major issues in the same handset like sound not coming from speaker, ringtone sound not audible, front panel completely comes out etc.
This is not an expected response from an esteemed organization like Sony to insert such major defects in the handset. Now the warranty period has ended.
I have lodged the complaints on Sony customer care regarding what can be done from company side in this regard as this is not the fault of customer, rather it is the responsibility of company to return the handset in same condition as it was before submitting it at service centre.
But in 1 month, there is no response from the company on this issue. Now, the warranty has ended. After this kind of response from Sony Ericsson, I have lost my trust on this brand.
Please do the needful if something can be done.
