    Default Worst response from Sony Ericsson service centre

    Hi,
    I bought a Sony W580i mobile phone on 25th Nov,2008. On getting some minor problems with the phone within the warranty period of 1 year, I submitted my phone at the Service centre, Janakpuri.
    The service centre people returned me the phone claiming that the problems have been solved.
    But, to my surprise, in place of those minor problems which I had in the phone, now there are so major issues in the same handset like sound not coming from speaker, ringtone sound not audible, front panel completely comes out etc.
    This is not an expected response from an esteemed organization like Sony to insert such major defects in the handset. Now the warranty period has ended.
    I have lodged the complaints on Sony customer care regarding what can be done from company side in this regard as this is not the fault of customer, rather it is the responsibility of company to return the handset in same condition as it was before submitting it at service centre.
    But in 1 month, there is no response from the company on this issue. Now, the warranty has ended. After this kind of response from Sony Ericsson, I have lost my trust on this brand.

    Please do the needful if something can be done.

    Default Beyond Mobile Phone

    Sir,
    I bought a Beyond BY300 mobile phone on 15th Aug,2009. I am use that mobile 6 months and i am activated GPRS in my sim card in Feb 2010. But handset can't support to GPRS so I am contact with company 17th feb 2010 on telefone the gives me some instruction I am follow them but the problem is same. so they say that to send your mobile and your sim card to Company service center at Panvel and they send to it in Pune Service Cernter and say that with in 3days they will back my mobile and sim card so i am deposited my mobile in service center on 22nd feb 2010. after two weeks mobile come back from company an the problem is same so I am take only my sim card and say i don't want that mobile. from last week they say we pay refund from todays prise but i am pay more than that orise now i am call to company today he says just wait for 4days we will repair your mobile and give it to you so why they talk about refund before.


    Please do the needful if something can be done.

    Default Worst sony ericson mobile I have ever had..

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I bought Sony Ericson - G502 mobile on 05 Dec 2008 in Poorvika mobile showroom - chennai. It got switched off often and so I gave it for service(Within the warranty period- 1 Year). They returned it to me saying that the problem was resolved. But It was not.

    After a few months, my mobile got switched off completely and It was very hot for sometime. When I gave it for service, they said that the mother board is gone and it cannot be repaired.

    I got it for Rs.7000 and its completely of no use.


    For your information, I have never dropped my mobile in to water( Service men say that this kind of problem happens when the mobile is dropped in to water).

    I am highly disappointed with this kind of product.

    I dont know what to do.

    Is there a way I can get my mobile back in working condition.

    Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    Angry Sony Ericcson J105i

    I bought this model in Feb'10 when it was first in the market but now this phone is the most useless purchase I made all my life. First, the camera would not turn on, when I complained at service center at Pune, a one pathetic service at Aundh, they tried out the software update but it did not do any good. Later, they said camera part has to be fixed but it is not available yet.

    After few months, I again went in to check for camera and this time I got a shock from them saying they cant fix it in warranty and I need to spend 4000 Rs for camera. This time, the reason they gave was that since it is a Liquid Damage, it does not cover under warranty. I left the place in despair.

    But more worse was to follow. Now, the phone shuts down in between, every time i have a conversation. People whom I talk to are fed up with this kind of call getting cut at wrong times. Though the phone could be restarted again, constantly shutting down in only 10 months means that the model is designed poorly.

    I am peeved at this model but more peeved is due to the hapless Customer Service.

    Default sony ericsson complaint

    This is to bring into your kind notice that I have
    purchased sony Aspen handset on 03rd december 2010 from Anmol
    watches,chandigarh of IMEI number 012351000994627....Firstly when its
    battery got fully discharged and its got turned off,,the set does not
    took charging from any source not from charger not from usb...I have
    shown it to sony ericsson service centre named Nanak
    communications,Ambala cantt (my hometown) and after two days they have
    given me D.O.report Having P.V.N number --PVNA10C141096 Dated
    14.12.10... and handset is replaced after proper procedure by Anmol
    Watches on 16.12.10
    The new handset is with IMEI
    no.01232044025 and on 23.12.10 the same problem had came with the
    replaced new handset too....
    I m shocked with this kind of quality of sony handsets as i am using
    sony from last so many years...
    I had again shown the handset to Service
    centre and again same problem is found....SO PLZ SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO
    IN THIS CASE and i personally request to please look into the matter
    and DO something urgently for such poor quality of ASPEN models.
    I shall be thankful to you
    if u personally look into the matter and do the needful...
