This is a pure case of Samsung People just not ready to get the work done. I have problem on my LCD monitor display So I placed a complaint with samsung (Complaint number 8412250274) (This is my 3 th compliant id for the same problem - I haven't the records for the previous compliants) and the Samsung people who came for repairing have a cassette fitted in their minds. "We need to see the invoice of purchase of the monitor. Even if the product is under warranty without an invoice we cannot see it"
My first question is, why the Hell should i be giving you the invoice of my Purchase with my Dealer? Samsung should go and check its dealing with the Dealer using the Serial Number. How is the warranty of the product depended on the Invoice? If so is the Serial Number Useless?

It clearly mentions the warranty is on Serial Number. Then why do they need the details? After that I had given the invoice copy ( took xerox copy of my invoice as they asked) but they are not ready to provide a service. They just received my complaint many ( around 6 times) and then put it in their recycle bin I supposed. They behave like a cheating service not a customer service. I am waiting to sort out this issue almost 3 months. I don't know when will I get resolved?
