Respected Sir/madam

I purchase a new handset of ZEN C-380, after 2-3 months the speaker of that set is spoiled, then on 13 september 2011 I put it to service centre (Tyagi mobile solution, Avantika rohini sec 1) for replacement of speaker, but till date my handset is not repaired and return by the service centre and giving comments that company not giving them parts of that handset. I request you please look in this matter and take corrective steps.
