As above mention subject i have been cheated by vodafone service provider, as i was using postpaid connection before 3 months .

Due to the non payment of bill i have got a call from vodafone customer exe. for payment as per the discussion i have told them that i will pay the bill on 17/07/2010.but still without any conformation without any call or without sending an bill statment ,on emailID or billing address they had deducated my balance of Rs.4,568.34 kindly find the below Transaction Details

as i intimated the exe he can send me a bill than i will chek it and pay it on 17/07/2010

and they i havent send me the mail for the same .....
kindly look after the same and suggest me the same what is the next step
as there was some personal transition which has to be done with in 10/07/2010,now unfortunetly remained ...
