    Default Abuse Word from Vodafone Customer Care Service

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    This is Sandeep Jagdale Using your two Prepaid connections since 3 Years, one of the 9819 65 7776. Before two months back i had converted into the Prepaid Services otherwise it was postpaid for 3 years.
    My problem is on Saturday 03rd July 2010 at 10.45 pm to 11.05 pm i had called on 111 regarding How to check MMS. i asked Customer Care Executive ( i do not remember his Name ) i am using GPRS service & i do not know more about MMS please tell me How to use MMS service. He suddenly reply " IF YOU ARE USING GPRS SERVICE THEN HOW YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO USE MMS SERVICE ? AND WHY YOU ARE USING GPRS & WHAT YOU DOING IN MUMBAI.. I suddenly shock after this bloody reply, i said him, boss mind your language & be a professional & give me answer of my question. then he said me i do not know how to use it & we have no updates all about MMS. then i said him what you are doing in Vodafone customer care ? Now he gave me Abuse word like " YOU BASTARD " i said behave with pleasant. and i also said same. then he said me " Tune kiss-se panga liya hain tujhe maalum nahi hain, teri vaat laggaunga. As he warn me & due to you have my confidential data like Date Of Birth, Resi Add then he can miss use of it...YOU CAN LISTEN OUR RECORDED CONVERSATION "Every thing is True ".
    After this call, immediate i called twice to 198, after telling everything to Mr vishal, He transfered my call to Supervisor but no one had received my call after 16 minute holding the line & finally line was disconnected. Again same happened on second call with Executive Mr Pradip had kept me on holding for 20 minutes but no one had attend me.
    Now My question- Is it Your Customer care 100% Secure with our confidential data ? why i should not take seriously of this matter ?
    Why I Should not make complaint to the Police station, TRAI & Consumer court, First of all TV NEWS channels, due to insecurity as i am VIP's SON .
    Kindly my Request is please take down my complaint seriously as He warn me & i am VIP'S son... you take strict action against him but after listening full recording.
    I AM WAITING FOR YOUR VALUABLE RESPONSE... Please give me revert as soon as possible
