The Airtel company is no less than doing the fraud work.
I've been a customer of postpaid account airtel past 7-8 months but i was ok -ok despite the network problem.

On 7th day of Dec , my unbilled amount was 495 rs. and before that day , the bill amount was lenearly coming as 475 , 478 , 491 , 495 etc
I made few 3-4 calls and 5-6 msg in local on 7th dec.

On 8th , I got the alert saying the bill is 5629 rs.
This is unbearable and ridiculous.


I did no net browsing , even though I had 1 GB internet card out of which i merely used 160-170 MB because of having net at home. I have no value added services.

The service network is worst ever , even bearing the company cuz of the freedom of postpaid . didn't wanted to switch b/w companies. But having no sleep , getting the alert for such huge amount is untolerable . I'm wasting my time chasing every time to customer care. A lot time is being wasted which is more than this bill amount .


I want a quick resolution of the issue . other wise I'm going to sue the company in courts for the mental worries and time wastage.
