Beware of Aircel 3G Dongle specially from the Forum mall if you are in Bangalore.
They will give you incomplete and wrong information of new Services and once you buy the service, you will not fly on 3G, you will fell down by their policies which were not made clear.I had a very shocking experience with 3G Dongle. I frankly feel like scammed and the whole process totally fraud.

During the purchase i was told that i will get total 6GB data of 750RS plan totally free for 3 months, 3GB for 1st month and rest 1.5 for 2nd as well 3rd month without any rental for the 1st month.

I had activated the 3G Dongle services on 13th November 2011 on new postpaid connection(8553016464) and the billed amount till 22nd November 2011 was 4765.
My credit limit is 1500 only.
They have not provided a single formal interaction when i have crossed my limit.Even I could not connect it on 16th November 2011 and i have tried on customer care but then also they have not provided any information.
Finally on 22nd November 2011, they blocked my connection without any communication.When i contacted customer care on 23rd or 24th they say that there is daily data usage limit of 200 Mb (which was neither mentioned during time of purchase and nor on their official site), thats why i have been charged and i have crossed my limit and i have to pay 4765 for further service in which they have included the rental,charges for 6 Gb data (used only 3.08 Gb).

I contacted back on 29th December regarding the over billed amount and the service since then had written to Comminicating person ( Jayakanthan.Murugeshan@aircel.co.in),nodal officer(nodalofficer.karnataka@aircel.co.in),appel late(appellate.karnataka@aircel.co.in) aircel care(care.karnataka@aircel.co.in) but none of these fine professionals were able to comprehend the real issue.

I have been asking why i could not receive the free data of the first month,after 2-3 mails they respond and I've been told that bill is correct.On 2nd December I opted to close my connection.
Even after approaching the Customer Service, Nodal officer and their superior the Aircel Appellate authority, these guys are saying that charges are correct. No one bothered to explain.
On activation of services I had received a Welcome letter which said my Freebies will be "1st Bill/ 0-30 days 3 Gb Free , 2nd Month 1.5 GB + 1.5 GB & 3rd Month 1.5 GB + 1.5 GB". So, I asked them to use my freebies and close my connection, but they never responded.
Finally on 5th January 2011 I received a call from Prakriti (Aircel).She told me that nowhere it is mentioned that my first bill will be free inspite i have forwarded them my welcome letter and the mail chains.She says that according to this underlined line i will receive 3Gb data free for 30 days on the first bill (great manipulation)

What a SCAM!!

I have used only 3.08 Gb data but they are saying that i have used 6 Gb in 7 days(i could not use it on 16 and 22nd december 2011 cause of connection problem...great 3G).
You will not know when your limit will get over as I didn't get any intimation about the exhaustion of limited 3GB usage for first month.

l never got any mail or call after that and on 10th January 2011, they have sent me bill with late payment, no explanation on the previous queries.

Trust of the customer been played like this and for petty amounts, if this is not fraud and theft and swindle I don't know what is?
why I should be paying the bill?

another thing I want to clear is that I've been following this since 29th November and asked to close my connection on 2nd December 2011 and bill due date was on 13th, why I should be paying for late payment charges now?

I would request to take stringent steps to avoid these instances in future and accept my bill from the freebies.
