I subscribed to aircel services on 13th Dec'09. Right from the first bill they started charging me excess amount. I made several complaints thru email to their cucare.mumbai@aircel.co.in, nodalofficer.mumbai@aircel.co.in & appellate.mumbai@aircel.co.in.
Every time i received a response saying that my issue will be taken care of. I also received calls for the same. But the issue was never resolved. Till date i get excess bill amount charged with excess amount.
I've to spend considerable time on bills & calls to avoid paying excess amount. Today they claim that i've not paid my bills and have barred outgoing on my numbers. Every month i've paid bills deducting the excess amount charged to me.
I dont want to continue with aircel anymore. I've not advised,requested or authorised to discontinue the service. However they have discontinued the outgoing facility.
Seek your advice earnestly on this.
