Hello,

I have activated 3G 600MB plan on 15th July 2011 and Airtel Customer care informed me that I would get 500MB prorated as my billing cycle is from 6th to 7th of a month.

I have used the complete quota within 4 days post which Airtel customer care called and informed me that I have completed my quota and will be charged 30ps for 20kb, they suggested that I activate a higher MB plan.

Which I did, I have upgraded my plan to 2GB for 750 rupees on 20th July it was activated.

In my Bill they have prorated my first plan to 80MB when they confirmed that my balance was 500MB.

The bill for 400MB is coming to lots and my bill is now over 10000.
