i didnot know Airtel would cheat like this.

I had my bill of around 3k in month of Apr -May as there was some games downloading done by nephews. I paid the bill, later they left to their native and the mobile was with my mom who is of 50yrs. Once again while making payment in june , I made a payment of 2.7k and lodged a complain with airtel to remove all my value added service and requested to keep only outgoing and incoming calls. after this still the bill continued for teh stupid mobile games!!!. I dont how a 50yrs old lady can play games. I lodged 2 complaints in July (the bill for games was 1200rs). they started to give threatening calls to pay the bill while i did not. lateral of lot off quarrel they agreed to waive of 500rs. I did not agree and demanded a appolgy for billing me wrong. I made calls on 12th, 18th, 25th Aug. Finally 1 gentleman accepted that there was error by not deactivting the servies (games) and he confirmed his mistake once again. meanwhile I had written 3 mails to airtle for which they did not respond. atlast on 28th , I got a mail saying that the game service was de-activated on 27th Aug, while I had reqeusted on 5ht june. Now they have kept my mobile number in suspend mode that too without informing me. I consider this has heights of CHEATING . Down with Airtel
