Hello,
I have a credit limit of rupees 1500/- and my Airtel post bill due is Rs 892/- as checked on Mobile Prepaid, Broadband, Postpaid Mobile, DTH Services in India, DTH services in India, online prepaid recharge, bill payment: airtel.
Recently i am getting messages from Airtel service providers that my bill for this month is Rs 1700/- approx.I also called and inquired about my bill which was confirmed to be 1700/- by the service providers help line.
Today i have got another message from Airtel that my usage for this month is Rs 4119.2/-.
As my credit limit is 1500/- my bill cannot exceed Rs 1500/-.
The help line concerned people are not ready to rectify their mistake by making amendments in the bill.
Please take a look at the matter as soon as possible.
