My mobile number is 974028008 and i have been using GPRS services from 2007. On an average i have always been having billing upto 3-4 thousand INR. i have had a good payment history.

However in the month of MAY i have had a bill of Rs. 28000. till that time i never had 3 G services switched on. despite my multiple complaints to airtel to resolve the billing issue, no one has come to sort this issue out to me. i am not paying my mobile bill till this issue is sorted out. I am being harrased to pay my bill everyday by the airtel collection department.


i would want an enquiry to be done on this
