Sub: Complain Regarding over billing on my AIRTEL number in the West Bengal Circle.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am being overcharged on my Airtel Number wothout my Information of the same. In the last months Bill that I had received I found charges of Rs. 31 charged on my Number for any kind of service that was not activated by me or with my consent on my number. Also, when i had tried to complain this issue with the Airtel they are just telling me to wait for 45 days, as they have taken the service request, within which their team will call me up to resolve this issue and they are not sure whether the charges will be reversed from my number.

I would request the authority to kindly help me with this issue as I am not able to find out a solution to this problem. Please consider this request as urgent and oblige me with a solution,
