I am writing this mail in deep sorrow and i am very much frustated with airtel services and customer service , one thing i really want to ask to all of you that is airtel making money by blackmailing it's customers , because the same is happening with me ,
i had taken brodband connection with airtel (01294164385) and i asked for the disconnection of the account on 24 of dec , i received the reply that my connection will be disconnected , but they did not disconnected my account , from that time i really want to mention that i never make a single call from my airtel number or used brodband . after that i started to received many calls from airtel that please pay your bill . i had no problem in paying i told to all but i wanted the account diconnection , as it was already happended to me when i payed my bill they don't doconnect my account .
at last they told me that if i pay they will give me in written that your account is diconnected it happens with me 2 times .
i payed and they given me a receipt and on the receipt they written this is final .
and i was happy this is the end but again from yesterday i am receiving call from your side that my bill is remaining .
i really want to know what i should do , do i have to use this connection and pay bill forever even when i don't want or i am asking again and again for disconnection .
i have not used this connection since months , even i don't know that i have a connection but i have to pay.
please suggest .
