Dear Sir,
We are just tired of sending emails and making numerous telephonic
conversations. AIRTEL staff is just asking for money, they just don't want to
solve the problem, even they are not ready to listen what customer is
saying. Every time they communicate that within 24-48 hour we would give you
solution but they not at all honour their words. Since last 4 months, I am
facing this kind of problem. We are simply saying that we have sent one SMS
by our hand set NOKIA E63, but it converted the same into five times,
resulting sms has been sent at the same mobile number at the same time at least
4-5 times. There is either problem with AIRTEL or NOKIA but there is no fault
of customer. Even I went to NOKIA Customer Care, they are saying that there is
no technical problem with handset.
Sir, please take my place and consider if you face this kind of problem, would
you pay this money or you will ask for the conserned company for solution?
There is no matter of money, I would pay the full due amount but only towards
accurate usage. Kindly advise where I shouldn I go for solution.
Your kind intervention and support in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
Thanks & regards.

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my request number 33067866 regarding wrong charges
debited in my acount by BHARTI AIR TEL, I still await for your response in the
matter. Vide your email of 9th July. I was assured that I would get the
status by 12th July but so far nothing has been materialised. Moreover, two
times my outgoing has been stopped for the reasons best known to you.
I repeatedly telling you that there is no customer mistake, I am using airtel
connection since long and you can check from my record that I have never
delayed the payments, even many times I have made the payment in excess. It
is certainly astounding that in spite of understanding the problem, you people
are disconnecting my out going time and again. What is
happening...............? Am I being punished to TRUST ON BHARTI AIR
TEL? Whenever I called for solution, AIRTEL Executive are saying that it is
handset problem...... however nokia is saying that there is no such technical
problem. Daily your Telecallers are calling 5-6 times in day for payment and I
am getting 5-6 payment reminders per day but nobody is ready to listen and
solve my problem. I have taken your sms scheme and paying Rs.99/-(montly)
for 500 sms per day , then how could you charge this much amount. Even it is
clearly understandable that nobody would send a sms to the same person at the
same time 4-5 times, there is no logic at all.
I am being harrased unnecessary, due to stopage of the services, I am loosing
my business which would be on your account..
I finally request you to please waive of the excess charges of SMS along with
late payment charges, after that I would settle my account in one go. Or else
I would be left over with no option except to approach Consumer Court for
solution.
WHY I WOULD PAY the chargesn for the services which have not been used by me.
Thanks.
