I have internet service active on my mobile.(rs.98/month)
The validity of talktime and internet gprs was expiring on 9/11/2011,midnight.
I had less balance in my account .
So I recharged twice i.e.rs.60 by coupen and rs.300 on internet,and hence balance became around rs 320,before expiry of internet pack.they should have renewed my internet package at or before midnight.which they have not done so I activated rs 46/15day package.I used to surf late in the midnight,so as usual I surf until 3 a.m. and they dedicated around 135 rupees from my account despite having my package activated.
