I am using Airtel with number 07389457602. This complaint is regarding the balance deduction from yesterday night (20/12/2011) for around Rs. 400, without any reason. I have not activated GPRS services from Airtel on my phone but when I am calling to customer care for the same complain, they are updating me with this reason which is not valid from my point of view as I have not activated GPRS or any other service on my airtel number, except HELLO TUNE and MISSED CALL ALERT. First they deducted Rs. 29 for activating GPRS and then deducted more than Rs. 300 in late night yesterday.
And when I have tried calling to customer care people for the same, they asked me to be on hold to transfer my call to senior executives and later disconnected my call everytime.
It will be great if you consider this complaint at urgent.
