hi
this is rashmi srivastava i am using airtel postpaid no. for last,more than 1.5 year,
i have asked to activate the internate plan on my number on 7.1.2012,that have charges of 198 for the limited usage of 3 gb data.
before the activation my unbilled amt was Rs10.7 on 6.01.2012
but the bill generated on for 7.1.2012 was Rs 629...even the usage was done after the confimation of activation of plan...
they do not have explaination for the unbilled amount, that had been charged...
the custmer is unavailable to know how the bill would have generated what charges and usage has been taken into the account....

i have already been charge Rs.1400 for last generated bill.nobody was able to give answer regarding the usage and the charges for the last generated bill.....even we have not r'cvd the bill of the last month...


is there any one who can give explaination of this harassment that we are facing...
