Dear Sir/Madam,

Today morning i have charged 22 rupees against downloading hungama content games from airtel which i didn't use. Earlier i have charged 20 rupees on 29 June against weeklysub subscription service which i also don't use. I already write to 121 on this regard and also complaint on 198, where two of your executive promised me to refund back me my money. But i didn't get my money yet and this is not first time while i have charged for such nonsense things.

You are requested to pls short out my problem soon and refund my 42 rupees soon. pls ensure me that this will not happen with me again as i want to go on with Airtel and if i face the same problem i have to look for another service provider.
