Just want to share my terrible experiance :

I was in Noida and consequantly shifted to a different city.
I used to get my mobile bills on the web and then when I shifted , I disconencted my mobile( which they did not as the bill was not paid , and they did not send me a remeinder or bill online as the number was not in use .)

I started getting calls in my new location < I took a corporrate number > from the recovery agency day in and day out .
This recovery agent - he identifies himself as AMIT ( which is a false name I guess as he refused to give out his email id since I wanted to pursue this matter with the higher aitrtel authorities )( 91560722246 ) called up all the numbers on my phone list and started disturbing all of them .
Then he also called up my relative who also had a corporate conenction . He started calling all the numbers listed on his mobile as well .

Just wonder how does airtel share and all corporrate subscribers numbers to the recovery agency .
They do not maintain any confidentiality.
Evnetually we had to pay up the bill due to his harrasement .

Now as a consumer I dont have the time or resources to file a case againt airtel and that recovery agent for breaching my privacy and confidentialty.

But just wanted to share the poicy adopted by aitrel towards his consumer.
