Dear sir/ ma'am
I havent been getting my bill for the past 6 months from airtel specifically after telling them repeatedly to e - mail it to me. Now they call to threaten me that they will disconnect my phone in 12 hours if i dont pay the bill. how/why am i supposed to pay my bill if i havent even received call invoice?
