Hi,

I have been using Airtel mobile (9890109222) for about 5 and half year. On 18th of Jan 12, I received a bill worth 6924 Rs. I have been using airtel gprs for a week and then I disconnected. The airtel gprs plan was 1GB/98Rs and 10paise/10KB. As per the bill, my total data usage is less than 1GB. As per my understanding, airtel should not charge me for these gprs data usage as it come under the plan.

I need an explaination as well as resolution for the same. I also want airtel to refund the extra amount that I have paid againt the bill which they should not charge me.

Regarding this, I have all communication with airtel with all calculations, they denied all my request.

I have paid all dues and discontinued my airtel mobile services.

If possible, please help me to get my money back or give valid explaination for what and how they charge for GPRS data usage.
