One of my friend using airtel from last 4 years post paid connection From last few months he is getting the 1000 rs. Simply they are adding the unnecessary bills in the in billing report. We have called customer care lodged complaint against the bill. They have adjusted 330 rs is August and 330 in September. If i didnt lodge the complaint definitely they will use to take whole amount. This is absolutely un acceptable. .

MY Mobile # 8108671919 recently ported to Airtel has been suspended and the reason quoted was due to over usage. MY plan that i had subscribed for was Rs.349( 2000 local mins) + 199 for unlimited GPRS usage.
however the 199 pack for GPRS was not activated. which is mistake on part of airtel.
sencondly when i get a welcome letter from airtel which states that the Credit limit was Rs. 1200, however when i spoke to customer service they say its only 500, which did not make any sense to me and i have been charged for GPRS usage whichj i should not have been as the plan was not activated which is a mistake on Airtel's Part

Iam raju,my mobile number is 919959976464, i have used the samw number since four yrs and month on month all bills paid timely.

in the month of sep i visited moscow and internet bill came 14500Rs, iam asking explantion from airtel with full details,but these service providers are not provideing any details and disconnnected all my services.

On 21st oct i got call frm customer care regaridng my mobile bill,as per discussion with customer care i told clearly due to my mobile is showing wrongly thats why i am asking explanation with full details then iam ready pay for that amt and pl dont do disconnect my calls ,then he is also agree with me and told me i will arrange call with my excutive by tomrow and we dont disconnect your serivice,

but suddenly mrng on 21st 4AM onwards my all services are disconnected with out provideing any detials regarding my bill explantion and infirmation before disconnecting.

then mrng imd i have called to customer care and asking them ,they peoples are told me sorry for inconviance we will do activate in 1hr,but my mobile serivices are disconnected for 7hrs and i have lossed my some imp bus activates.

pl take action on AIRTEL IMD and pl supoort to Public.

i am praksh last 4 moth my mobil NO 9945020243 is disconnected becoz of my airtel bill is come vrey high that is wai i contact to airtel all ( like 121 customer nodal officer and Apolot office) service officer and all airtel customer said that bill amount is valable so please other waise i send the a legal curt notice. after 2 mont airtel collection team is call me and promis to you pay 2000 thoused rupee( Bill amount 4040) and balance amount we will give a waver and active the no( all discation going on by mobil) as per collection team deportment i am pay the 2000 thousand ruppe cash ater one day i call the ( collection deportment contact person TEENA)collection deportment he said you pay another 5000 Rs and 500 Deposite after that i will give a NO other waise dont call this no like this only collection deportment person told me. befor i pay to collection person i call to 121 customer service and ask to any documention can i take that collection person or not, airteln cusomer care person told you take amount pay recipt other than thing not required as per 121 customer i take a pay reciptr from collection person and pay cash(2000RS) and i will give a ID proof my DL cord xerex and my paasport size photo.

Iam very unhappy for airtel service

Hi,
My number 7893195337 is activated for data with sms 3g 750 plan. Since I changed my plan from 1250 to 750 for the current bill cycle my rental is 800 and i have set credit limit to 500. On the airtel site it is written that it is maximum shield value so I must not get bill greater than 800+500 = 1300 + tax . But i got RS. 2513 bill. on the 9th dec i got message that till 7th dec mid night my unbilled amount is 16445 but when i got actual bill it is 18473. and discounted was 16995. I had changed my plan so that i should not get huge bill. but it is like double the amount of my previous bill. My internet should be unlimited at 20KBPS speed after reaching credit limit. then why these guys didn't do that?
Any postpaid service has lack of transparency. And I am completely unsatisfied with it.

I was using reliance data-card no 9357314202 on 22 Jul 2011 I surrender the mentioned data card due to its poor service and excess bill, at Excess communication sector 34 A chandigarh by paying full and final amount of Rs 818(eight hundred and eighteen )
my bill receipt no is 3684316 in presence of Mr satish Kapoor (reliance employee).

again false bill has been sent to me amount of Rs 962

I paid the amount Rs 962 receipt no(S-206210633) but the bill was for 25 sep 11 to 24 oct 11. where as I have already terminated the connection on 22 jul 11 by paying full and final payment.

now look in the matter and pay back my amount( Rs 962) as early as possible .
