Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a availed the services of Airtel for the past 2 years and they have been quite satisfactory, but for the month of November 2011 they have charged me an unnecessary bill of Rs. 5393.10.

In the bill it is stated that I have used 984708 KB of mobile-internet VAS of Airtel and it is also stated that
"gprs 1GB free@10p/10KB rental 98/-" plan was active.

So according to the bill i have used only 961.628 MB and they have charged me Rs. 9851.50, only for the VAS that i have used without including the discount of 1GB.

The basic point is that i haven't even used 1GB so what is it that I am being charged for.

Please help me out here.
