Hi concerned authorities,

I am K.Satya Narayana Gupta, having the Airtel postpaid connection since 5 years in the name of my company DISA India Ltd., and myself as a User of this mobile no. 9901974489.
I would like to say that my mobile bill was last paid on 01.01.2012 updated with no dues.

On 16.01.2012, I received a sms from Airtel showing that i have a overdue of Rs.2673/- and to be paid immediately.

On 17.01.2012, my connection was de-activated. Hence I called Airtel customer care and enquired about the same. I was told that the system shows the overdue of Rs.2673/- and has to be paid immediately. (During this time I was on travel to Coimbatore and had no way to pay and get activated)

Again on the same day I got reminder sms to pay the overdue to get my services resumed.

On 18.01.2012 at 01.30AM, I made the payment through my credit card online in order to get my services resumed.

On 26.01.2012 after coming back to Bangalore, I checked my previous bills status and found there was no due at all. I called up Airtel Customer care and got my account re-conciled and came to know that the system shows a surplus amount of Rs.2673/-.

This is sheer negligence of Airtel and humiliation of me by taking back my services for a complete day causing a bad shape for me with my customers and colleagues.

Please let me know how can i take up this case.
