Complaint is regarding my airtel postpaid mobile number (+91-9500123803) billing. During the month of June 2011, i have requested the airtel customer care to change my billing cycle date to 25th of every month from the earlier billing cycle 04 th of every month. They have taken my request and changed according to that. On 25 June 2011 i contacted them regarding my bill for the month of June 2011. They informed me that, i wont get a bill for the month of June 2011 due to the billing cycle change and the same will be reflected on my july month bill. But now i have received a bill dated 27 Jul 2011 with a payable amount of INR 1,755.11 with immediate due date. So i just contacted the customer care regarding this, they replied me by apologizing for the inconvenience caused and told me that your due date is not immediate, you can pay the bill before 14 Aug 2011. Then from that day onwards i am getting frequent calls & messages from AIRTEL asking me to pay the amount immediately. I dont know what's happening with the AIRTEL office nowadays. some are telling me, the due date is Aug 2011 & some from the same office are torturing me everyday to pay the bill immediately. What should i do now.
Also they are demanding me to pay the bill for the month of Jun 2011 without sending or providing me the bill details for the same. The Bill which i have received this month has got the details of July month only, not the june month details. Also i could'nt able to retreive the bill details for the month of Jun 2011 by logging into my airtel account, it says that " Bill is not generated for this month" . Inspite of my repeated complaints to provide the bill details for the month of jun 2011, i am writing this to you to consider my request.
