I am the Mobile Phone subscriber of AirTel Prepaid.Cell No is 9893039858 from RAIPUR,CHHATTISGARH state.Since last month so many unwanted serve massages are comming from the service provider and unnecessary charges have been deducted from my mobile account.2/3 times after so many calls and request refunded the same,how ever i had requested to stop all unwanted chargable services and activated the DO not Disturb still the calls are comming and they have deducted the charges.Noe telling that can not return the deduction?This is the cheating with customer.I want back my charges and to consider for STOP of the unwanted services.We had lot of discussions with Customer Care and paid the charges for the same these charges also we want back because they are first activating the unwanted services and then charging for the customer care corrospondance.I have stopped now recgarging of the account.As soon as it will be recharged again same history is getting repeated.
