Dear Airtel team,

I am using the airtel prepaid connection from last 3 years. From last 7 months on daily basis 5rs & 2rs getting charged without any intimation simply they sending message saying video message and unnecessary message charges. Even we have lodged a complaint at Airtel customer care. They have not found any solutions. Can you please check and let me know. Where is the exact loop whole.
Really customer care worst than any other help desk.
