I have a Airtel prepaid connection, phone No 9954113170, Assam. . They often enroll me into their services like music, jokes etc without informing me and deduct money. On many occasions I have complained and they apologized also, only to start the routine after some time again. In lot of cases, there are no unsubscription information also.

The latest being a Joke service, charged Rs 10 from me already and was about to renew for another Rs 10/-. Luckyly I unsubscribed in due time.

Should I give them a lesson? How?

I have a Airtel prepaid connection, phone No 9934580495, Jharkhand.Without any use of my this number also without informing me company always deduct money. On many occasions I have complained and they never response me also, In lot of cases, when I try to contact customer care it also deduct the contacting charges always but never I have never got success to contact customercare.I have tired with his deduction money method.Any how lastly I have taken decision to go consumer court.
