I had activated 67Rs for the SMS pack to get 3000 SMS which was on 27th jan @ 01.55 am and i am still been charged 1rs per SMS when i called the complain team of Airtel they informed me that i have not recharged anything as 67 rs and i have not been charged anything extra but as per the SMS i have been receiving clearly shows that i have been charged 1 rs per SMS as i had this issue last time as well in the month of dec 2011 i had to call the airtel contact cent for 7 times and i was told i will receive a call back from the complains team i did get a call back from the complains team but they them self were not sure what was the complain they are calling me and asking me what is the complain about i am so feed up now i have been charged more than 1000 rs in my SMS and calls to contact center in just a day every time i call them they tell me to wait i called them on their complains department no 9987234865 they have placed my call on hold for all most 50 min in 1 hour and rest 10 min they have spoken to me.. i need this issue to be resolved how can i get this issue sorted. i want to take legal action against them.
