Airtel GPRS invalid billing
i am using 90 numbers of Airtel vts 99 ruppes without voice plan for my gps devices since one year with out any problem always i pay the bill near about 109 ruppes per bill but recently last 2 months billing problem created now bills come with wrong figure like 38000 ruppes , 20000 ruppes and if we calculate 90 bills amount it comes near about Rs, 4,70,000 This complaint is regarding the postpaid biiling. I have activated & use GPRS only with out any changes of plan when I talk customer care for the same complain, they are not updating me ,

And when I have tried talk to customer care people said they are all are used charges, discuss my problem with senior executives but they are not response present my numbers disconnected. so i distrubed completly l everytime.

It will be great of you if you consider this complaint at urgent.

Thank you for replying me,i want to say that my 90 VTS numbers are still going on and i like that but airtel bills are invalid bills must be correct by Airtel company so that i deposit them as like before bills i pay in time to time in right order.
