My Number 9945335530, this number was disconnected for wrong billing issue which still is not solved and inspite of that the collection team from bangalore repeated called and asked to pay the bill amount of 7K . I hav informed abt the complaints logged and issue was not resolved from their end .
The collection agency guys informed they will wive off 15% of the total bill amount and i had to pay amount of Rs.5734. and also told u can resubmit ur documents for the reactivation of the same number.

Payment for the same was done by 17th of June and hav been following up with airtel outlet for reactivation which is not done.

I hav paid the amount and till date the same is not updated in the account and when i visited the airtel outlet they r still asking me to pay the remaining amount to reactivate the number.

Need this to be addressed and resolved.
