My Self Amit Aggarwal a resident of Yamuna Nagar(Haryana),Using a Airtel Post Paid connection from the last 5 years and customer of airtel from the last 8 years.I am using my number 9896056076 with another number 9729056076 which is used by my Father from the last several years and we never demand for the details of the bill as airtel charges Rs.25 extra and as we always beleive that the billing is correct. but 1st time in Dec 2010 i came to know when my bill came in my hand on my demand that my number was hacked by some one and Rs 1000/-(appox.) charged extra by the company and i dont know from how many months or years they were charged to me as their is no billing details demanded by me before, but on request and after showing the proof they revert my Rs.1000/- and the another reason was my brother being the manager in a company had a corporate connection from them(the number is registered on his name Mr.Atul Aggarwal) with 22 connection. so the problem is this was happened again to us in june when they did the same thing with us and charged appox. the same amount and as we dont have any corporate reference this time with us they are not ready to revert our money and playing games with us and hurting our respect through the recovery agents and hurting our image by calling our near and dear ones. As this case comes into existence we stopped our number 9729056076 because this is the 2nd time we are the sufferer so after our this step they barred our services of 98960-56076 without any reason and we met with loss as this my prime number of contact and after giving my new number of delhi as i shifted to delhi they are not ready to solve the issue and the recovery agents just popping our doors again and again. their is listening of our issue , they are doing mental harassment to us. please i am requesting you to help me out. i have proof with me. i have many references with me given by them but no step was taken by them.i have written many mails to them but no solution was provided by them.please check out the issue.
