Next month i have revieved a bill of Rs; 5064/-
Now ther are telling me that this plan not applicable to iphone users, pls let me know that who should inform me that this plan is not applicable for iphone users,
they had disconnected my 1.5 years old mobile number & now theie executives are threatning me that the will take me to the court.

Pls let me know that what should i do?

We have been paying the bills regularly but despite sending the payment from our bankers they could not loacte and adjust the amount and their various departments telephone and threaten of the legal consequences. Their recovery people create nusence at our place of business very often. Complaint for redressal to their nodal office also failed to give results.

I shall submit all the relevent papers if a mail Id is provided to me.

Kindly instruct them to do the needful

    Dear Mr Venkatesh.D

I wish you go through the attachment confirming payment, actually we want to close the connection we are not interested in activation.
Please go through the mail before replying.

Can I construe from your reply that you subscribe my idea of searching for an alternate service provider.

If the amount is paid to Airtel and it is not accounted by them properly are we supposed to suffer?

I have no other alternative but to approach consumer forum for redressal.
Don’t force us further to this conclusion with this sort of replies.

I FILED MY COMPLAINT WITH TRAI ALREADY. If I do not get redressal I will proceed to Consumer forum for compensation.
