    Default Billing more than the fixed Amount of Rs.300 by Vodafone

    Dear Sir


    In the past I had been using vodafone mobile no 9769144696 with the billing cap of Rs.300/- P.M.But when we recd the bill No 000000010001617678 dt 28.12.09 for Rs.1358.54 for period from 28.11.09 to 27.11.09. I approached to Vodafone Store ,Kharghar (Navi Mumbai ) on 01.01.10 and registered a complaint vide complaint no 16080949 regarding billing more than the cap amount of Rs.300/- and asked to explain the reason for allowing the use of mobile more than the capped amount as mentioned above .But till April 22.04.10 I had not recd any clarification in this regard And recently I recd a letter No VEL/FEB-10-28/RAD-V/Jrv/632 dt 10.03.10 from the Advocate J.R.Vakil and Associates ,104,Kiran Tower,Rajanapada.P.G. Marg Opp Goregaon Sport Club ,Malad (West ) Mumbai 400064 for making payment of Rs1949.06.
