I am a idea user customer since last 2years My idea number +919754869000 was a prepaid connection i have converted it to postpaid connection because i was in need of blackberry plan . In which I can receive mails . My blackberry plan is of rs-299per/mt(two hundred ninety nine only) in which i will get mails by idea blackberry server and i can open my attachment files and my gprs will be blocked . By knowing all this i have added this plan on my connection . when my bill was generated i have charged gprs uses charges by IDEA Cellular LTD . I have again conformed it by idea blackberry customer care about my plan they replied same that a customer using blackberry rs-299 plan will not be able to use gprs because gprs is blocked . i have called so many times to idea customer care , idea gprs customer care , idea complain number 198 and at last i have visited to idea local office at Hira Arcade,Raipur, chhattisgarh . Yet My Problem Is not solved . I am Gettng Billing Problem Every Month by false billing done by IDEA Cellular LTD. What To Do? IDEA is kicking me here and there . please help me.
