I having vodafone postpaid connection 9886679648.3 month back I have recived the call from vodafone and explained about new STD plan (200 RS), If I activate this I will get 400 Minit free all STD calls, after exceeding this 400 mint I want to pay 50 Pisa per mint. But after activating this two month I have not exceeded my free mint, this month I came to know that Vodafone cheated me. Because after exceeding free mint they will charging 2 RS per mint. Regarding this last 6 days I having sending mail to raghavendran.s@vodafone.com,
vodafonecare.kar@vodafone.com but there is no response this mail. I have only receiving the Acknowledgements mails. due to this my outgoing calls are bared. So I gone to Vodafone store to making the payment. I meat one customer care executive, but his response is very bad he asking me that whether I send mail to him or not. If I send mail to him then only he can give the solution other ways my plan like 400 mint free after 400 mint 2 Rs per mint. What I can do for this.Please look in the matter.

My name Rahul Dubey using vodafone number 9811935386 from last years, from last 2 months i am requesting to deactivate my voice mail and vodafone mobile connect but my request is neglected i don't why , i paying Rs420 every month without any use , its seems its a additional earning for vodafone , i request some senior person to get into this , but no response as they don't care. "Happy to Help" but they should also look is customer is also happy or not.
