    Default Complaint about tata photon plus false bill and harassment

    Hello,
    I am a student and I was using Tata Photon Plus Broadband service bearing Account No. 935964226, TataPhoton Plus No. 09230008157 since March, 2010. I have used that connection without any problem for 7months(02.3.10 to 07.10.10) with the Tarrif of Rs.1100/- p.m. for post-paid connection. I always paid the bills timely, but in October 2010 (7.10.10) they charged me a sum of Rs.4912/- (before due date) and Rs.5012 (after
    due date) which I did not use. With a negotiation I paid Rs.2600/- and they promised me for a reconnection which have the term of Rs.750/- p.m. with the speed of 3.2 mbps and with a Data limit of 2 GB (Download + Upload ) after that amount of Data used, I will be unable to access the internet with such speed but connection will be enabled with a low speed but no additional cost will be charged. Then I accepted the Plan and started using it again.

    After a couple of months again they sent me a huge amount of bill of Rs.2631/- and in the next month they charged Rs.1847/- which means the total amount of money is Rs.4478/- on 07.3.11. When I complained about it to the customer care they said "there is no such Plan/Tarrif like this one." And they said that I have to pay that amount.

    After that they called me regularly for the said amount even they sent me a Legal letter by their Advocate Mr Arun Goswami on 06.6.11. After I received that letter my Advocate Mr Indrajit Sen replied to Mr Arun Goswami and copy to the Tata Tele Service, on 23.6.11 by Regd post for a full and final settlement with the sum which I have actually used. But we havn't received any reply of the letter from their end.

    Still they are calling me daily over the phone and harassing me with some threatening like they will bring some fake charges against me and my family in the High Court at Delhi many cases like 420, Rape case, etc..

    using many slangs over the phone by their Advocate(Mr. A. K. Singh) and somebody else for the huge amount of payment.

    I want to stop the service and please stop calling me and threatning me.

    I used to think that Tata is a very reputed and genuine company. I hope, Tata will handle the case with care and justice. I want a No Claims Certificate from Tata Tele Services Ltd. So what I have to do?
