Hi, i'm Sushant joshi activited GPRS on my mobile phone with reliance Gsm service through which i serfs my orkut profile for near about 45 minutes. Then i checked my prepaid balance where i found a deduction of Rs.50. I activated a default plan of 50 paisa per MB for GPRS. Then i called customer care and asked for details on my account. The customer representative admitted that my balance deduction was made by mistake and my balance will be refunded within 48 hours with details and my complaint id was 126302516. After 48 hrs i didn't got any balance or any kind of information about my complaint so i called back to customer care where the representative asked me to wait for another 72 hrs and he also admitted that my deduction was made by mistake. I patiently waited for 72 hrs but i found no reply from Reliance. This process continued for 6 days and every time i called c.c. i found different answers from different representatives. Finally after waiting for 6 days i asked c.c representatives to take me over their seniors, the senior told me that my complaint was closed 3 days before and now i couldn't get any kind of money that deducted wrongly from my balance and nobody is telling me how my balance was deducted according to which plan it was deducted. now i want my money back or at least i want them to clarify m complaint.
