    Default complaint against reliance gsm service and faulty customer service

    Hi, i'm Sushant joshi activited GPRS on my mobile phone with reliance Gsm service through which i serfs my orkut profile for near about 45 minutes. Then i checked my prepaid balance where i found a deduction of Rs.50. I activated a default plan of 50 paisa per MB for GPRS. Then i called customer care and asked for details on my account. The customer representative admitted that my balance deduction was made by mistake and my balance will be refunded within 48 hours with details and my complaint id was 126302516. After 48 hrs i didn't got any balance or any kind of information about my complaint so i called back to customer care where the representative asked me to wait for another 72 hrs and he also admitted that my deduction was made by mistake. I patiently waited for 72 hrs but i found no reply from Reliance. This process continued for 6 days and every time i called c.c. i found different answers from different representatives. Finally after waiting for 6 days i asked c.c representatives to take me over their seniors, the senior told me that my complaint was closed 3 days before and now i couldn't get any kind of money that deducted wrongly from my balance and nobody is telling me how my balance was deducted according to which plan it was deducted. now i want my money back or at least i want them to clarify m complaint.

    i also had the same problem,these reliance people r such a big fraud.go to complain to DoT Public Grievance Cell at link : DARPG-PGRAMS
    and also get through the procedure mentioned here at this link: TRAI :::::::.........
    hope we get justice !

    I'am a Reliance mobile CDMA customer I have been really frustrated by VAS activation calls and messages even after being registered to NDNC(from 2 yrs).It was more painful when i found that Rs.35 had been charged for a VAS for which i haven't subscribed.I have no FM in my mobile still there is FM pack activated and a CNBC pack of which in have no use,as i got to know i complained RIM but They said they cant do anything and also were not registering my complain.Even after repeated request for UNSUBCR they failed to do so. After 2 days RIM deactivated all CNBSSUPERSAVER and FMindia1 pack and said as was from some mode of TELECALLING hence they could not post any waiver.Firstly i have been subscribed automatically without my confirmation/permission for CNBSSUPERSAVER on 14TH JULY, they said its telemode call so done by me , hence NO waiver.... OK done, i tolerated....now when they said there is no active VAS such as FMindia and CNBCsuperpack ...how come they again reactivated FMindia pack on 22nd july and again deducted my money Rs.30,i called the customer care again talked to level-2 executive named MD...he said its fault on there part so promised to waive the amount charged in 48 hours giving REQUEST NUMBER:132537662 and now after 48 hours what they did is just deactivated the FMINDIA1 service and simply replied when contacted that FMIndia1 has been charged correctly as this pack was activated by mode of IVR (Interactive Voice Response,Hence we are unable to process your request for the waiver. Now how can a sensible man apply for FM when his mobile has no FM functionality and that too twice, one on 14th and the other on 22nd of july 2010.

    1) India's telecom regulator made it mandatory for operators to twice seek confirmation from cell phone users before they subscribe to value-added services (VAS).

    2)Under the amended rules by TRAI, subscribers will be required to first confirm their subscription by pressing any cell phone key other than '*' (star) or '9'.The second time, the subscriber will have to reconfirm the VAS subscription by pressing either '*' or '9',

    “TRAI did this to for prevention of unintentional or accidental activation of VAS”

    3)TRAI alsomandates service providers to intimate the subscriber, at least three days before the due date of renewal of a subscribed value added service, the due date for renewal, the charges for renewal.TRAI April 27,2009 had directed operators to seek written consent from subscribers to VAS such as call ring back tone and hello tunes to prevent accidental activation of such services.

    NOW i feel that adhering to these norms IS VERY VERY FAR AWAY from RIM , Your telemarketing executive/cell hardly followed a single word in the rules stated by TRAI,and FORCEFULLY ACTIVATED THE VAS WITHOUT MY CONSENT FOLLOWED BY IVRS ACTIVATION AN 22 JULY 2010.

    Default How the ussd number is automatic dialing?

    Hi, i m satyabrata frm orrissa. My nmber is 9778733166. My complain is that i am not dialing any ussd number and 3 times some service are activated on my number. When i contact orrisa cst care for deact procedure they told me that "we have no info regarding that" and disconnected the for 5 times. Pls look in this matter.

    Hello sir,
    As i am using reliance GSM network. still i changed the GSM from CDMA network. but now i have a new problem in that. that was after my changing in GSM still now i didn't getting incoming calls. only i can make out going calls.
    then i called on to reliance customer care but there was no response about my problem.so that only i post my problem in your concern. so refer that and clear my problems.

    Default Deduction of money from my balance unnecessarily without giving any information

    I am reliance customer from last two year. I am Shailendra Kumar from Delhi ,my mob. no. is 9555138424.The problem is that from the balance is deducting regularly of my prepaid connection even i have not activated anything. Last week deduct Rs30 and this week dated 25 Apr 11 also deduct Rs 30. Sometimes deduct Rs 30, sometimes Rs20,sometimes Rs10.... and so on. Last week informed by reliance gsm to me, DND services apply on your mobile number and from now this type of deduction should not repeat again. But the problem not end up. Is this a method to treat any customer????? this is not good.so please see to this problem and take some necessary action. First of all please return my money back and the deduction of every month should be stopped. It is very shameful..

    so please see to this..

    Default Un wanted balance deduction

    Iam reliance customer from last three year. My name is Shailesh singh from kanpur ,my mob. no. is 9580049178.The problem is that from the balance is deducting regularly of my prepaid connection even i have not activated anything. Last Month deduct Rs37 and this Month dated 08 June 11 also deduct Rs 27 at the time 2:22 am. Sometimes deduct Rs 57, sometimes Rs37,sometimes Rs27.... and so on. Last week informed by reliance gsm to me, voice pack services activate on your no although I had stop this service to call customer care on 30 March 2011 but they renewed this service on 9 May2011 and I call them but they given Me many time to given 48 hours time but not refund my money then I again call customer care to stop immideatly this service on 25 May 2011 and I have got confermation massage on 26 May 2011 at 8:20 pm and from now this type of deduction should not repeat again. But the problem not end up. once again my balance is deducted on 8 June 2011 at2:222am. and i call customer care but nat refund my money yet. Is this a method to treat any customer????? this is not good.so please see to this problem and take some necessary action. First of all please return my money back and the deduction of every month should be stopped. It is very shameful..

    Default ignorance of reliance gsm cust care

    My name is Bilal Hussain khan ,i purchase a reliance prepaid gsm sin on 30th of Sept 2011 costing rs.10 and on the same date i got a recharge of rs.39 on that Sim with #8824075770 from Jaipur rajasthan.when i tried to send an sms i found that my msgs are blocked so i registered a complaint on 4th of oct2011 numbering163100452 and the customer service exec. assured me that my problem will be solved within 3 business days (72 hours),but it hasnt been solved as yet.again i called cust care regarding the status of my complaint...again they ensured that the problem will se solved in 24 hrs.and they issued me a new compliant# 163213255.today also i called up and they kept me on hold for 15 mints and after that they said it will again take 72 hrs to solve your problem.....so tell me what the hell u people want from customers...on one hand u proved to be a efficient service provider and on other side u people are making the fool out of us.....if this is so ...i wont suggest anyone to opt for reliance....and pls do take action on my complaint if u people have shame....!!!
