Any updates on the Complaint Number 165302387??

This is heights of unprofessional service imparted by Reliance Communications Ltd.
First, my Rs. 39 SMS pack is not working. I shot you repetitive mails regarding this but there has not been any response. Today, I receive a system generated message that your Rs39 Monthly SMS Pack is due for renewal from the number 51234. You got to be kidding me.

When was the Service given on the first place? And today I receive this sms. Just sheer negligence.

I don't think so you have left me with any other option than to File a Complaint in the Consumer Court.

Can you just let me know the status of the Complaint Request Id 165880525? As I am still being charged Rs. 1.50 per sms.
Also, PFA the transaction which was done for the recharge of Rs. 39 for the SMS Pack on 30th October 2011.

What am I supposed to do? When I try to call 198 and want to talk to their Seniors, they keep me on Hold for more than 10 minutes for the Call to be transferred . But, nothing happens and I have to hung up. This has happened twice.

This is sheer negligence. And this is certainly not accepted.

I hope to see more action from the Team. Or I guess I have to file a Complaint on the Consumer Forum.
