sir , my 99 RS balance is deducted form Airtel's number . & , but i did not use any content of Games Downloading from Hungama. . I had 642 Rs.at 6th AUG 2010. but truly i did not use any downloading content from Hungama .But their executive told me that i have use this downloading content from Hungama. but it's not fact .
sir , they told me that they solve my that my problem till the10th AUG at 5:30pm .At 11 th augest i called their complaint no. 198. after that their senior say's that ur complaint is wrong & u didn't get back it return.
so , please give us justice. and just Refund my 99 Rs. Balance.......
