sir , my 6 RS balance is deducted for vodafone's toll free number 123 calling . & also my extra 22 RS balance is deducted for messages , but before that i have activated vodafone messages pack of 4 rupees
having 100sms for one day . we had only sent 60 sms at 9th AUG 2010 we have that proof in our sent messages menu .But their executive told us that u have sent sms more than 100 about 120 or 122. but it's not fact .
sir , they told us that ur 6 RS balance deducted for toll free number due to our technical problem will get u on 11th AUG at 6pm . after that they say's that ur complaint is not wrong & u didn't get back it return.after that they r just not responding our calls .
so , please give us justice.
